The Spur Leaders Network is designed to connect passionate, skilled individuals with Delaware-based nonprofits seeking board members. In alignment with Spur Impact’s pillars of Spur Leadership, Spur Giving, and Spur Connection, this program creates a pipeline of emerging and established leaders ready to serve.

Through SLN, nonprofits can not only identify and match with prospective board members but also access onboarding and refresher resources to strengthen their existing boards. Built by a Delaware nonprofit for Delaware nonprofits, the Spur Leaders Network ensures that organizations have the leadership support they need to thrive—while individuals gain meaningful opportunities to grow, lead, and make a lasting impact in their community.
